1989年7月毕业于大连海运学院航管系，然后分配在中国国际贸易促进委员会海损理算处工作。1994年张旭波加入华泰保险经纪有限公司负责国际保赔协会和劳合社的通讯代理、法律和保险经纪等业务，并于1996年晋升为总经理助理。
张旭波先生简介

1998年张旭波与合伙人创办了仁和海事咨询服务有限公司，并出任总经理；随后又参与组建仁祥保险公估有限公司和铭汉律师事务所。2007至2008年间，还被聘请到华泰财产保险股份有限公司任理赔总监。
目前是多家单位的高级顾问，中国海事仲裁委员会和中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员以及加拿大VMAA仲裁员。
After completion of four years graduate education of Shipping Management and Administration Department in Dalian Marine College, Xubo joined in July 1989 the Department for Average Adjustment of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade as a trainee and then an Adjuster. In 1994, Xubo moved into the Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Limited working as manager from P + I Correspondents services, to Insurance Brokering Department and to Legal Affairs for Lloyd's and the International P & I Pool where in 1996 Xubo was promoted as the company Assistant General Manager.
From 1998, Xubo setup a partnership full insurance service firm, the RICC & CO., and was the Managing Director until 2004, when he was appointed as General Manager of another insurance services firm, the Fairicc Survey & Loss Adjusting Co., Ltd.
During 2007/2008, Xubo was invited as the Claim Settling Chief of the Huatai Property Insurance Co., Ltd.
Now Xubo is the senior consultant of several firms in the industry, and arbitrators of the CMAC (China Maritime Arbitration Commission) and CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission)and VMAA(Vancouver Maritime Abitrators Association).
